Returns and Exchanges
Eleventy will replace or refund any product purchased from our online store, if you submit your request within 15 days from the product delivery date. The delivery date is based on the carrier tracking system.
To make a return or exchange, please contact customer@eleventymilano.it with your request.
Once your request is processed, we will send you an email confirmation of your return or exchange request, which will include the complete shipping address of our US Return Center in Bohemia, NY.
Please do not ship any merchandise without obtaining an email confirmation from customer@eleventymilano.it first.
The items you wish to return or exchange can be put inside the original boxes (in this case, please remove all the labels of the previous shipment) or any box that’s capable to protect the products. We recommend shipping with FEDEX, UPS or USPS and insuring the shipment in case it gets lost or damaged during transit. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging the products and that there won't be any refunds in case the return or exchange shipment gets lost during transit.
