The coat is made of Ermenegildo Zegna ‘cashco’ velvet fabric. The ‘cashco’ belongs to a family of combed fabrics made with a special blend of cotton and cashmere. Two fibers belonging to two seasons, in two different climates, joined instead by Ermenegildo Zegna to obtain sporty but at the same time precious and elegant fabrics. Our jackets, all produced in Italy by artisans, are hand-made and require on average between XNUMX to XNUMX hours of work.
Following, some of the hand-made steps that enhance the quality and craftsmanship of our suits:
under the neck
Turns of lining
Tapering of the shoulder
Cross-dressing by hand
The iconic detail of Eleventy tailoring garments is represented by a single button on the sleeves of the jackets, a distinctive feature, inspired by the first Neapolitan tailoring jackets.
